Discover the benefits of mindfulnes over our 4 session course.
Each week you will learn new ways to meditate and combine this with CBT skills to help you manage stress, anxiety and depression.
Mindfulness is also good for creativity, performance and output as well as strengthening your personal and proffesional relationships.
You will be asked to follow a daily programme of practice at home in between sessions to get the maximum benefit from the course and to make the practice of mindfulness habitual.
The course will be held in the small hall
Every Monday starting 25th April for 4 sessions until the 16th May 7-8:30 pm
Course Fees £70 or pay per session
