Mindfulness is a very simple form of meditation, which can be practised anywhere and at any time, helping you to prevent negative thought patterns before they affect your health It can also help improve your mood, happiness and general wellbeing.

This taster session will provide you with an opportunity to find out more about Mindfulness and decide if it could help you.

This event is free to all adults over 19, but booking is required.
