Whether you're new to mindfulness, or looking to deepen your practice, this is an opportunity to explore living with presence & gratitude.

I’m Fran Flint; I’ve been a Mindfulness & Meditation practitioner and trainer since 2018. I am excited to have the opportunity to bring this life enhancing practice to the Lifeways Therapy Centre.

The most common statements I hear about Meditation is:

“Oh I can’t empty my mind!”

Or

“I can’t sit and meditate; I’m too busy and I can’t sit still”

I want to reassure people emptying the mind is not my aim!

Mindful practice includes gentle movement so you can be truly present to your surroundings, rather than living on automatic pilot.

I will be running a Mindfulness Meditation workshop at the Lifeways Therapy Centre on Sunday the 30th of November, 1.30pm to 3pm, to introduce you to this lovely practice.

This workshop is for people over 16yrs and also serves as introduction to the 8-week Mindfulness Now Programme, booking and further information available soon. (The next 8-week course begins on the 8th February 2026)
