Who is the Course Aimed at?
Members of groups and organisations who would like an introduction to Mindfulness.
Mindfulness Meditation helps us pay attention to our moment by moment experience. We can begin to see how our mind jumps from one thought to the next. We can start to help settle our minds and be more present. We will discuss the benefits that a daily practice can bring to support positive wellbeing.
The session will include short mindfulness meditations
- Increased awareness of Mindfulness Meditation and the benefits daily practice can bring.
- Increased knowledge of training courses/resource materials available which support mindfulness meditation practice.
