Introduction to Mindfulness

In this workshop you will learn what mindfulness is and explore how it can help you deal with various difficulties such as: stress, anxiety, negative thoughts and difficult emotional patterns in everyday life.
We will explore and observe the present moment with curiosity and compassion.
We will practice some mindfulness meditation under guidance, and you will learn some simple techniques to reduce tension and relax for you to use in your daily life.
There will be time to ask questions and for discussion.
