Introduction to Mindfulness with Insight Timer

Curious about meditation but not sure where to start? This relaxed session is the perfect introduction.
We’ll explore Insight Timer, a free digital meditation app and show you how to use it to begin your own mindfulness journey. The session is not practitioner-led - instead it’s a supportive space to:
🌿 Discover the app’s features and how to access guided meditations🌿 Try a short meditation together using Insight Timer🌿 Build confidence to practise on your own, anytime and anywhere
By the end, you’ll feel comfortable navigating the app and ready to begin a regular meditation practice at home, at work, or wherever you need a mindful moment.
No experience is necessary - just bring your phone or tablet and an open mind.
Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.
Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
