Event description

Description

This 3 hour workshop will be focusing on movement as a form of expression and storytelling.

The physical work will enable the actor to discover and develop their own way of moving and encourage them to incorporate movement within their creative and performance work.

Asha will be exploring body and spatial awareness and through this look at how movement quality can assist in the building and development of characters.

Participants of the workshop will also be exploring the use of contact to release tension of working with others and discovering effective ways of moving and collaborating as an ensemble.

Be ready to move, play and explore!
