Ever wondered what it really means to be an MS Warrior? Join us for a relaxed, friendly introduction to the MS Warrior Programme — a free, 12-week email-based fitness and wellbeing programme designed specifically for people living with MS.
It’s flexible, supportive, and built to fit around you — whether you’re newly diagnosed or have lived with MS for years, whether you walk, wheel, or do a bit of both. No pressure. No judgement. Just encouragement and community.
What is the MS Warrior Programme? It’s a 12-week fitness programme, tailored specifically for people with MS. It’s flexible, accessible, and packed with the kind of support that gets real results. This programme meets you where you are.

✅ See how the 12-week plan works and how it can be adapted to your ability and lifestyle
✅ Learn how to access the full programme completely free through MS Society Scotland

What will I need to take part?
All you need to join in is a laptop/tablet/phone/computer with a stable internet connection to use Zoom, the video meeting software that we use.
How do I join the event?
Before the event, you'll receive emails from Eventbrite, which will have the link to the event. You can follow this link when the event is due to start. Alternatively, you can access it through your Eventbrite account.
When I join the event, can other people see or hear me?
You can choose whether to have your camera and microphone on. We do love to see who we are talking to, so we would ask for cameras on where possible. Please keep your microphone muted when you are not speaking. The session will not be recorded.
Can I ask questions?
Yes, you’ll be able to ask questions when you register but also during the event. Please note we can’t respond to or offer advice on questions about your specific circumstances or anything relating to your own personal health.
What if I haven’t been sent the link?
Reminder emails are sent to everyone who completes the registration form on Eventbrite and books a place, so please enter your email address carefully when registering. The email we send might go into your spam or junk folder, so please check before the sessions start that you can find it. Alternatively, you can access the link by logging into your Eventbrite account if you have one.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
Please cancel your booking as someone else may require the place.
