Introduction to NHS Continuing Healthcare

This session is aimed at all staff working in health and social care settings who want to find out more about CHC, how the process works and what it means for patients and their families.

This is a good starting point for those who are new to CHC, but will also benefit those who have had involvement with CHC before and who are already completing the relevant referrals.

You do not need to have a Health or Social Care qualification to join this training.
