This lesson is ideal for anyone who is keen to develop their skills and confidence when riding with traffic and navigating different types of junctions. We will begin on quiet roads and progress accordingly. Bikes and helmets are available from the hub or you can bring your own.


You can attend as many sessions as you like, but places are limited usually to 6 so please book. If you decide you can't attend a session you have booked - please cancel it as soon as possible via the Eventbrite booking system - or drop us an e-mail if you can't work out how to do it yourself).

Where is the Shipley Active travel Hub?

The Shipley Active travel Hub is located in unit 5 directly behind the Shipley town hall (joined with the car park)

Do I need my own bike?

It is ideal to learn on you're own bike, but we have a fleet of bikes and helmets available at the hub.

Is there parking available nearby?

There is on street parking available in the area with a maximum 2 hours stay. Asda car park is also close by again with a two hour limit.
