Welcome to the Introduction to Pancake Reformulation and Technical Guidance Event!
To assist food businesses to produce pancakes lower in sugar and salt, the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) are hosting a pancake reformulation event at CAFRE, Loughry Campus on 24th June 2025.
Experts will be present to discuss the reformulation process, specialist ingredients, launch the new guidance, and advise on available business support.
Don’t miss this opportunity to share knowledge, sample reformulated products and network over lunch.
Pancake samples and tea/coffee will be provided on the morning, as well as lunch at the end of the event.
