Introduction to Pastoral Visiting -for Lay People

This exciting new course is for church members who have a passion for the pastoral care of others, particularly through home visitation. This evening training will introduce you to the principles and practice of pastoral visiting as well as basic Adult Safeguarding with regard to visits.

It will be suitable especially for any members of pastoral care teams but open to anyone across the diocese. Please note that church members should have the approval of their minister before visiting on behalf of the parish.
