This course explores the various processes that contributes to the effective management of individuals and teams to ensure high levels of organisational performance.
Performance Management is the process of
creating a work environment or setting where people are enabled to perform to
the best of their ability. Managing performance is therefore a continuous
process which usually involve an assessment of an employee, a team, a process
or other factors which gauge progress towards a predetermined goal. The aim of
this course is to explore various informal and formal processes, with a
particular focus on Annual Appraisal Schemes, Personal Development Plans, how
to conduct effective 1-to-1’s and Manage Behaviour as well as the importance of
Organisational Culture on Employee Engagement, so to provide you with a
Strategic Introduction to Performance Management.

Course Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Late cancellations received between 1 day and 14 days (inclusive)prior to the course start date will have no refund given.
Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be given.
STEP reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative dates or a full refund of the course fee.
