What do I need to wear or bring for the session?

Wear loose trousers/leggings you can move in easily. We'll be doing simple movements in sitting on a chair and lying down on the floor. When lying down you'll need a yoga mat or a carpet or rug on the floor. You'll also need a few paperback books that you can put under your head.

Do I need to have done the Alexander Technique before?

No, this is an introductory workshop. Any knowledge you have is helpful but there's no need to have any previous experience.
