Target Audience: All clinical and non-clinical staff requiring a basic understanding of Programme Management

This session may be for you if you are:

  • Leading a number of projects concurrently for the first time

  • Managing staff completing a number of projects

  • Considering a change to a project-based role and want to understand how to manage multiple projects
