About the trainer
Michèle Lazarus has a background and qualifications in counselling, managing and training and has been involved in learning and development for over 30 years. She has worked in the NHS, community justice and the parenting sectors as well as training arts professionals for the past seven years. She delivers a wide range of training programmes as well as facilitating team-building, running action learning sets and providing mediation. Michèle is committed to making her training interactive, creative and fun and above all, relevant to the “audience”.

Creative Training Hub
Creative Training Hub is a social enterprise. We offer one-day training events to arts and cultural organisations and also provide creative learning opportunities to meet the needs of the local community. Our work spans from delivering projects to children and young people to working in partnership on social innovation and regeneration projects.
