Training for Beginners

Join Gavin Spencer from Beach Accountants Limited, for training on Quickbooks. A certified Quickbooks Advisor, Gavin believes in working on Real Time data to make better business decisions by using cloud accounting software. The workshop will cover:

• how to do the basic navigation around the Quickbooks system and create contacts.

• how to create and send Sales Invoices, and place Purchase Orders

• uploading your expenses and bills (so they are all kept in the same safe location, and prevents receipts being lost or paper receipts needing to be kept).

• How to use the Bank Feed feature, so you never need to keep your Bank Statements and your bank is automatically uploaded into the software, saving you from typing it.

Also, Making Tax Digital comes into force for all businesses on 1 April 2023. Be efficient on the system and make sure you understand your business numbers before then.
