Introduction to Racks, Cables & Lifting Workshop - INTERMEDIATE
Join us for an exciting workshop at F45 Training Blackhorse Lane where you'll broaden your training knowledge & build confidence in your lifts with our new racks & cables. Refine & improve your squat (front and back```) & bench press technique to give you the confidence to increase load safely, whilst also learning about beneficial accessory exercises to improve strength in your main lifts.
PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is designed at intermediate level for people who have some prior experience using racks, cables and olympic barbells. We will delve into technique perfection and accessory exercises & put this into practice with some heavier working sets. Please note this workshop is not a usual 'workout' & is designed to equip you with enhanced knowledge and skills take your lifts to the next level.
