Event description

Description

Do you have a family military tradition? Maybe a personal connection to the Great War or even earlier? Then join staff from the Norfolk Heritage Centre and Norfolk Record Office for this free introduction to researching military ancestors. This will be a small informal session, focussing primarily on records relating to World War One, which will enable you to discover more about family history and the resources available to you. The session will take place in the Vernon Castle Room on the second floor of the Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library, and involve the use of laptop computers. Booking is essential.

For any enquiries please contact the Norfolk Heritage Centre: heritagecentre@norfolk.gov.uk, 01603 774740.
