The Riverfly Monitoring Initiative (RMI) is a national scheme for monitoring the health of rivers, developed by the Riverfly Partnership. It gives trained volunteers the tools to detect and report pollution events, builds essential long-term datasets on the health of rivers and links volunteers with other organisations working to improve our rivers.

RMI sampling uses the presence and abundance of invertebrates in a sample to gauge the health of your river.

How to get here:

Bus -

The H9 and H10 services both stop at Pinner View, which is a three minute walk from Headstone Manor Park .

The H14 stops at Victor Road, which is a six minute walk away . Car Parking - There is a free car parks in Pinner View opposite the Moat Cafe.

Cycling -

There are several bike racks located in the car park.

Train and Tube -

Harrow and Wealdstone (Bakerloo, Overground and National Rail) – is a 15 minute walk from Headstone Manor Park . Alternatively you can also take the H9 bus from outside the station.

Headstone Lane (Overground) – is a 15 minute walk from Headstone Manor Park and the simplest route

North Harrow (Metropolitan) – is a 15 minute walk from Headstone Manor Park . Alternately you can also take the H10 bus from outside the station
