Description

RedR is delighted to announce the launch of it's open 'pop-up' training programme in Ukraine for individuals and organisations operating as part of the humanitarian response. This will begin with the delivery of 6 security courses in Kyiv and Sloviansk in cooperation with the International NGO Safety Organisation's (INSO) office in Ukraine.

This 2-day course is intended to familiarize you with strategic security and crisis management. By applying a variety of practical tools, you will learn how to improve organizational strategic responses in terms of team structure, roles, processes, and decision making. Moreover, you will gain a better knowledge of crisis management mechanisms. This will be an intensive, interactive course.
