Introduction to Shamanism

On this course you will be initiated into the basics of shamanism and taught methods to help you connect more deeply with nature, with your deeper self, and how you can restore your spiritual power. You will be able to continue to practice what you have learned long after the course is complete. The approaches you will learn will help you deepen your relationship to, other spiritual or personal beliefs.

The course will cover:

• Introduction to shamanism
• Learning the practice of shamanic journeying
• Finding and working with your own spirit helpers and teachers
• Unleashing potential for you to work with other ways of knowing
• Introduction to shamanic healing
• Participation in a community healing
