Singing is a form of self-expression and has been a form of healing for thousands of years.
Join this supportive and explorative session where you will be led through a series of relaxing, healing and rejuvenating activities which will allow you to reconnect your voice, body mind in a way that can:
- Promote emotional healing
- Enable energetic healing
- Supports self expression
- Increase confidence
Join us for an uplifting evening of non-judgemental vocal exploration.
Please note that for safety reasons, this session is not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy (the sounds that will be produced may cause low blood pressure)or people with bi-polar disorder or schizophrenia (owing to the possibility of aural and visual hallucinations). The facilitator does not have the medical qualifications to support these types of health matters.
