Introduction to Solids Workshop

Starting your baby on solid foods - this 1hr informative online session is aimed at parents or carers of children under one year of age. It is a live and interactive presentation by the Community Nursery Nurses in the 0-19 children’s teams for Southern Health NHS Foundation trust.

The presentation will cover;

• First foods to try and equipment needed.

• Signs that your baby is ready.

• Feeding your baby safely.

• Vitamin supplements and food allergies.

• Caring for your babies teeth.

• Healthy weights in babies and toddlers

The workshop will be live and interactive, after booking you will receive an email with details of joining the session which is held via Zoom.

This workshop is open to all parents and carers of young children living in Hampshire.
