This is a ten-week course is term time only - Thursday 6pm - 8.30pm

"Enrol by 6th September and save 5% on your course fee — no code needed!"

This course is perfect for anyone with an interest in stained glass — whether you're completely new to the craft and curious to try something creative, or already have some experience and want to build on your skills.

You'll be introduced to the tools, techniques, and processes involved in making beautiful stained glass pieces, with plenty of hands-on practice and support along the way. Whether you're exploring a new hobby or looking to refine your existing skills, this course offers a rewarding and inspiring creative experience.

While stained glass making takes time and patience, you’ll be amazed at what can be achieved each week — and the sense of pride that comes with completing your own hand-crafted item.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll learn key techniques including:

  • Glass cutting
  • Grinding
  • Copper foiling
  • Soldering

You'll receive step-by-step guidance and support throughout, allowing you to work at your own pace as you build confidence and creativity.

Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those with some experience who want to take their skills further.

What Do I Need

All materials, tools, and equipment are provided, along with a selection of patterns to choose from. If you have your own design in mind, this extended course is ideal, giving you the flexibility and time to work on a personalised project.

Our tutor Jeanette will guide and encourage you through the process. By the end of the class you will have a unique and beautiful creation to take home with you, as well as an understanding of the techniques and tools involved if you decide to move on to projects of your own.

We suggest you wear older clothes, and a long-sleeved top.

The class is ideal for all, but because of the lead content of the solder, this workshop is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

All our courses run based on a minimum number of participants.

If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Cancellations received within 2 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

Missed sessions by individual students are non-refundable.

When purchasing more than one ticket—whether for yourself or on behalf of others—you must provide the correct individual information for each attendee. Duplicate or identical information cannot be used for multiple tickets and may result in registration issues.
