Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding

This is your perfect opportunity to learn to Stand Up Paddleboard and get connected with nature from a completey different perspective!
Stand Up Paddleboarding is the fastest growing water-based activity in the world, and the RSPB can now offer you to opportunity to learn this fantastic skill and to engage with nature at the same time.
The lesson is based on a 2.5 hour session at Whitlingham Outdoor Centre, Norwich, and will include all equipment (board, paddle, leash & buoyancy aid), instructor and powerboat safety cover. A representative from the RSPB will be present to help you with any nature & wildlife spotting or questions that you might have.
All in all this introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding will be super fun and a great skill to learn with all the family, and will enable you to have the skills to continue under your own steam throughout the rest of the summer.
Due the nature of this activity, the lower age limit for this is set at 10 years old.
