Introduction to Tai Chi: 4 Week Course

Refresh yourself with the ancient art of Tai Chi as taught in the Wudang Mountains of China!
In this four week course we will look at how to relieve tension and improve focus by co-ordinating body, mind and breath with simple movements.
Taught by Lucia Ring-Watkins, who has been studying Tai Chi and Qi Gong for 15 years - including 2 years full time study in China’s Wudang mountains - and now runs a school in London called Wudang Pai Kung Fu GB.
The sessions will take place in the main events space on a Wednesday lunchtime 13:00 -14:00.
