The first session is a special discount of just £20 for the combined Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes, usually priced at £30. Payment is requested in cash or via bank transfer on the day of the session.

Qi Gong (or simply qigong) is often described as a form of moving meditation. 'Qi' can be translated as 'breath' or 'energy'. By linking slow gentle movements with the breath, I have found that this practice releases tension, cultivates vitality and improves holistic wellbeing.

Tai Chi (also known as Taijiquan) is a Chinese martial art which focuses on cultivating inner strength and balance. My focus in these classes will be on health rather than martial application, aiming to improve your balance, coordination and awareness.
