From 6pm join us in Tai Chi. In good weather we will be outside.

It is a gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. Learn synchronising movements and breathing techniques. Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is designed to improve your general health and wellbeing.
