Come along to learn about how our Leadership Development Programme (LDP) will equip you with the skills and confidence to become a leader, wherever your career takes you. And, at the same time, help us end educational inequality in the UK, where the link between how well you do at school and how much your family earns is stronger than almost anywhere in the developed world.
The first part of the event is your chance to find out about our world-class LDP, a two-year salaried programme combining global best practice in leadership development and teacher training. More than 10,000 people have joined the LDP so far. Many have remained in the classroom and many others are working in leadership roles across all sectors of the economy. What they all have in common is a belief that every child should have equal opportunities in education and in life, and the knowledge they are contributing towards this goal.
Following this, we will run an application workshop that will give you hints and tips about how to submit the strongest application for our LDP that you can. We recommend starting your application before the workshop so you can start thinking about how to approach the competency questions.
Drinks and nibbles will be available, with the opportunity to speak to members of our experienced hires recruitment team and to individuals who have already completed the LDP.
Places are limited, so sign up now.
Please note that to be eligible for the programme we ask for a 2:1 degree. We also ask you to hold academic qualifications that meet our requirements to teach one of the curriculum areas that we recruit to.
