So you have an idea for a new business or product. Now what?

Business planning is a vital step for any new business and the Business Model Canvas is a great place to start. It is a structured, visual tool for expressing your ideas before you move onto a formal business plan.

In this workshop we will go through the Business Model Canvas and the companion Value Proposition Canvas so you will feel confident taking the first steps to making your business idea a reality.
