Introductory workshop on the Business Model Canvas planning tool. Suitable for pre-start ups or those planning a new product launch.

This workshop is part of our Start-up and Grow programme of business support, which runs throughout the year. We offer a range of workshops and events designed to support start-ups and businesses, helping you move forward with your business ideas. So, you have an idea for a new business or product. Now what? 

Business planning is a vital step for any new business and the Business Model Canvas is a great place to start. It is a structured, visual tool for expressing your ideas before you move onto a formal business plan. 

In this workshop we will go through the Business Model Canvas and the companion Value Proposition Canvas so you will feel confident taking the first steps to making your business idea a reality. 

The Start-up and Grow project is being delivered by Leeds City Council and Leeds Libraries, and is part funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). In West Yorkshire, the West Yorkshire Combined Authority leads the implementation of the Fund as part of the Mayor's ambition to make West Yorkshire the best place to work, learn and live.
