Introduction to the Business Model Canvas

Business planning doesn't have to be boring! In this session, Alasdair McGill will introduce you to the Business Model Canvas, which is a design-led tool that helps users to visualise a business. This workshop will be fast-paced and interactive and you'll learn by doing. You'll never want to write a traditional business plan again after you learn the power of the Business Model Canvas!"
