Introduction to the Disciplinary Procedure

In the workplace it is common for managers and or supervisors to believe they understand what a disciplinary or warning is, whilst the reality is that they could not be further from the truth and in fact if they were to act on their beliefs that they would place their company at great risk. This course will ensure managers and or supervisors will leave with a sound understanding of the disciplinary procedure, where is has come from and why it is important to follow the strategic steps. It will cater for candidates who have no understanding of where to start in a disciplinary procedure to those who already have the basics but would like to refresh their knowledge on the basics as well as have the opportunity to ask about the more advanced complex situations and how to avoid procedural pitfalls.

Course Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing by email to: email@example.com
Late cancellations received between 1 day and 14 days (inclusive)prior to the course start date will have no refund given.
Failure to attend the course on the day will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be given.
STEP reserves the right to cancel a course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative dates or a full refund of the course fee.
