What is the Hoffman Process?
The Hoffman Process has been established globally for more than 55 years and in the UK for almost 30. In that time, it has benefited more than 150,000 people from all walks of life. The Process is recommended by many medical and health professionals, and has been the subject of in-depth scientific research. It is also independently accredited for CPD.
How does it work?
The Hoffman Process is a seven-day residential course that helps you discover who you really are, freeing you to make conscious choices that will improve your relationships with the people around you. During the Process you will be taught tools and techniques to help you change the old behavioural patterns that are preventing you from feeling fully alive.
People come out of the Process with a deep experience of their own resilience, a greater sense of life’s possibilities, and ready to embrace change.
Getting the timing right
The Hoffman Process is intensive, transformational work experienced in a small group setting. Because it requires a commitment to lasting change, we recommend you only do the course if and when you’re ready. Our friendly enrolment team are on hand to help you to decide whether the Process is right for you at this time in your life, or you can read more here.
If you've heard or read about the Process and would like some more information, our weekly information calls on Zoom are a wonderful opportunity to find out more.
We hold these sessions weekly on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons. To register, book your free place via Eventbrite and we’ll email you a confirmation nearer the time with the Zoom login details.
