Description

Who is this event for?

This event is for Healthwatch leadership and/or people with a responsibility for understanding impact

What will you learn?

Understanding Healthwatch impact is not always easy, given your influencing role, but is a priority for Healthwatch which you told us via the recent learning needs survey.

In response, we have developed a new Making a Difference toolkit which helps Healthwatch identify practical ways to improve articulating your outcomes and impact.

The sessions will discuss the toolkit, how it can fit into your existing delivery mechanisms and explore its ability to showcase your impact to greater effect with the public and stakeholders.

Come along to one of our five regional workshops which are being held on:

21 November- Darlington

11 December - Liverpool

6 February - Peterborough

20 February - London

12 March - Bristol

Each session will run from 10.30am – 2.30pm and includes a light lunch.

We are the independent national champion for people who use health and social care services.

We’re here to ensure that those running services, and the government, put people at the heart of care. We support local Healthwatch to find out what people want and to advocate for services that meet local communities’ needs. Healthwatch around the country act as our eyes and ears on the ground, letting us know how people’s care could be improved.

Our sole purpose is to help make care better for people. We have the power to make sure their voices are heard.
