This course is delivered by Dudley College

Learning Aim

To enable learners to understand:-

  • The purpose of performance measurement
  • Monitoring systems
  • Monitoring and measurement techniques
  • Reviewing health and safety performance

Outcomes

The learner will be able to go back to their workplace and:-

  • State both active and reactive measures and list the associated data
  • List and give supporting examples of some of the main monitoring techniques
  • Explain the main elements and features of monitoring and measurement techniques
  • List some advantages and disadvantages of internal and external audits and the same for checklists
  • State some of the inputs to a review process

This is a basic introduction and suits all levels of understanding
