What will this course cover?

This course will cover the Stuart period of British history from James I, to the death of Queen Anne. Marked by the English Civil War, Oliver Cromwell's upheaval of the monarchy and the rise of the British Empire, this course will give an introduction to a fascinating era of Britain.

What will I get out of this course?

You will gain an introductory level understanding to the Stuarts and join an engaging tutor alongside a likeminded group of learners.

What level is the course and do I need any particular skills or experience?

This is an entry level course - no particular skills or experience are needed, aside from an interest in History and an open mind.

What do I need to bring with me?

No equipment required, but you may wish to bring a pen and notepad to jot down your thoughts.
