Join us for this introduction to a special 12 week course to study in-depth the unique meditations from ‘How to Solve our Human Problems’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

This book gives a succinct explanation of the classic Buddhist teachings of the ‘Four Noble Truths’ and shows how to apply these teachings to identifying and eliminating our anger and irritation.

Revealing dozens of powerful meditations to help increase our ability to cultivate patient acceptance in the face of challenging situations, this book can help us to live peacefully in this modern chaotic world.

Gen Lekma will teach this classes using her experience and insight to help explain how to integrate these classical meditations into a daily practice. If you want the discipline of a daily practice, this is the ideal class for you.

Classes include guided meditation, teaching and discussion, all aimed at enabling students to develop their daily practice and support each other to become skilful meditation practitioners.
