This free Introduction to 'Time In Nature' online session is for adults from South Warwickshire who are living with any long term physical or mental health condition(s). Please read on to find out which areas are included within South Warwickshire.
What can I expect?
The session is a gentle introduction to how spending time in nature can help boost our sense of wellbeing. It's a great one-off session or can be used as a gateway to joining one of our 6 week in-person courses.
You can expect to:
- learn more about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and how they make a perfect partner for nature
- find out some ways you can use nature to gently help boost your wellbeing
- Find out a little more about sessions and courses you can join with Warwickshire wildlife Trust
Who is running the session?

What do I need to know before I sign up?
You don't need to have any nature knowledge at all - this is for anyone from beginners to nature pros. We are focusing on exploring and connecting with nature.

What do we mean by South Warwickshire?
This course is for adults living in South Warwickshire which covers Warwick and Stratford districts.
That includes the towns and villages of;
Alcester, Barford, Bidford on Avon, Bishops Tachbrook, Bubbenhall, Fenny Compton, Hatton Park, Henley in Arden, Hunningham, Kenilworth, Leamington, Long Compton, Lower Quinton, Norton Lindsay, Priors Marston, Southam, Stoneleigh, Stratford on Avon, Tysoe, Warwick, Wootton Wawen, and the smaller conurbations between the larger villages and towns.
