Introduction to Transformational Connection and the Practice of Circling
Overview
This in-person event is your chance to discover the transformative power of Circling, a unique practice that fosters deep connection and authentic communication!
What is the practice of circling?
Circling is a kind of relational mediation practice. It’s a way to explore the relational field between self and others. It brings a greater sense of presence, awareness and connection. It’s about being seen, accepted and valued for who you really are. Circling as a unique practice has been around for about 30 years. It is rooted in mindfulness, integral theory and conflict resolution. It is also known as trsnaformational connection. https://www.transformationalconnection.com/blog/what-is-circling
Through a series of guided exercises, we will learn to become more present, listen more actively, and engage with others in a meaningful way.
Whether you're new to the practice of circling or have some experience, this event is designed for everyone. In a safe and supportive environment you will get the chance to explore and expand your relational capacities. You will learn to value yourself and who you are more.
Don't miss this opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and connection. The session are offered on a regular basis , so that we can continue to learn and grow in this practice. I look forward to circling with you!

Please be aware that circling can confront you with aspects of yourself that you may find challenging. Circling practice invites you to bring awareness, compasssion, ownership, and curiosity to these feelings, and to explore the full range of how it can feel to be you in connection with others.
Circling practice might be for you if you're interested and curious about :
- becoming more aware of what comes up for you as you interact with other people
- connecting more deeply and intimately with others and with yourself as well
- giving yourself permission to show up fully as yourself
- understanding yourself better and wanting to accept more of yourself, more of the time
- wanting to value yourself more
Circling practice might not be for you if :
- you are someone who is easily overwhelmed, stressed, or destabilized,
- you have a mental illness or significant emotional challenges ,
- you are not sure that you can be self-directed in taking care of your needs during the session
If any of these apply, it is probably not a good idea for you to participate. Should you choose to do so - it is at your own risk.
If you are concerned about any of the above please do not hesitate to contact me so that we can discuss it in advance of the session.
