This half day course will introduce you to the fundamentals of User Centred Design (UCD). You'll learn what User Centred Design is, what the various jobs and roles are in this area and the difference it makes to the development of products and services. Taught using real world examples this is the perfect course to help you to reflect on how you can bring more UCD into your own practice.
