About Jillian
Jillian Lavender is one of the world’s most experienced teachers of Vedic Meditation. She is co-founder of the London and New York Meditation Centres and an author. Alongside her partner Michael Miller, she has helped thousands of people across the globe transform their lives through meditation. Her work has been widely recognised in the media, including appearances at How To Academy, the Do Lectures, coverage in The Guardian, The Times and Vogue, as well as numerous podcasts including The Liz Earle Wellbeing Show.
Originally from New Zealand, Jillian held senior leadership roles at global publishing companies. During this time, a friend introduced her to Vedic Meditation and the effects were immediate and profound. Inspired by the life-changing benefits, she left her corporate career to spend 14 months in full-time, in-residence training, in India and the US, to become a teacher. A trusted guide, Jillian is the go-to meditation teacher for many in the public eye, as well as individuals from all walks of life. She lives in London with Michael and their daughter.
