This Introduction to Volunteering workshop gives first-time volunteers a chance to understand what to expect, benefits of volunteering and to share their excitements and concerns. It is accessible for people of all needs and abilities – everyone is welcome.

• How might I benefit from volunteering?
• Volunteering as a way to achieve your goals
• What to expect when you volunteer
Who is the course suitable for?
Anyone who is interested in volunteering – maybe you haven’t volunteered before and would like to know what to expect, or maybe you aren’t sure how it might affect your benefits. No matter what your situation, if you’re interested in volunteering then this workshop is for you!
