Description

A structured six week weightlifting course delivered by Level 2 British Weightlifting and OPUK Senior Coach Jonathan Francis, hosted at the brilliant facilities at One Performance UK, Richmond.


Introduction to Weightlifting will introduce you to the clean & jerk and the snatch, breakdown the phases of the lifts, and ensure assistance lifts are correctly understood and performed over the six weeks in 90 min sessions every Saturday at One Performance UK. With a maximum group size of just six, you will receive a high level of attention from Jonathan, who always gives 100% to his students.

Course conent and demonstration videos included, if you're just getting in to weightlifting and want to make sure you have the fundamentals nailed then this is the course for you.
