For Merton residents (aged `18+) living at a Merton home address or registered with a Merton GP.

Feeling good and functioning well are seen as important parts of mental wellbeing, helping us to deal with the opportunities that come our way. This workshop will focus on the Five Ways to Wellbeing, which have been developed in response to research which shows how the things we do and the way we think can have the greatest impact.

We’ll talk about the Five Ways in detail, and the range of things you can do to look after and improve your own wellbeing, with useful links and tips.

At the end of the session you will come up with your own wellbeing plan to take away and use in the future.

When signing up to attend this workshop, you will be required to complete a registration form and a wellbeing questionnaire. You will receive an email regarding this to schedule a call to complete both of these over the phone with a member of the wellbeing team.
