Introduction to Wine Pairing – Rose

By understanding a few basic rules, you will be able to confidently choose wines that enhance the flavours of your favourite dishes and create memorable dining experiences. In this session we will focus on rose wines. From light, refreshing and easy-drinking to complex and textured, many roses are versatile and great with food.

Join us for a relaxed evening and sample four delightful wines including two Tuscans, Sof 2023 and Belguardo 2023, and two French roses, 2023 Bandol Cuvee Mireilles Domaines Ott and 2024 Cotes de Provence Chateau La Coste. Canapes will be served during the event.
