What can I expect during the session?

Each session includes:
•	1 hour total duration
•	30–40 minutes of guided yoga
•	Pranayama (breathing techniques)
•	Led by Dharanesh, an experienced Yoga Master
•	A calm, rejuvenating experience to balance mind and body

Where will the classes take place?

•	All classes are held online via Zoom
•	Please download the Zoom app in advance if you don’t already have it
•	A meeting link will be sent to your registered email before the session

To get the most out of your session, please have

•	Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
•	A quiet, spacious area to practise
•	A water bottle and towel (optional)

Can I join the session late?

•	We ask all participants to be punctual
•	Please join a few minutes early to settle in
•	Late entries may disrupt the flow of the class, especially during pranayama
