Introduction to Yoga

Your first step (or returning step) onto the mat is an exciting time. Yoga is for every body whether you are already fit and healthy and would like to try something new, if you are recovering from an injury or just want to find out what yoga is all about, you are all welcome. People come onto the mat for different reasons.
This 3 week course will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga, creating alignment which is right for your body, help to establish a deeper level of breathing, imrove your strength, flexiblity and give your body time to relax.

Suitable for anyone new to yoga, yogi's who have not practiced for a while, recovering form injury or illness or for anyone who wants to go back to some foundations and practice a little slower.
