Introduction

Energise Me exists to beat inactivity and build happier, healthier and stronger communities. We work our socks off to support people of all ages and abilities to get active. As a coach, volunteer, youth worker or project manager, you have a vital role to play.

Developing youth work skills will help you understand and connect with young people.

Train with us and let's boost young people's enjoyment of sport.
